1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ToolRail is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ToolRail is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
2. Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ToolRail does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.
Return Process
- Contact customer support to request return authorization.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
Inspection & Refund Timing
Credit or refund will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the item is returned in original, unused condition, a refund will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
4. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order.
