Rail Endcaps

Secure your adapters and define how your ToolRail mounts.

ToolRail Endcaps secure adapters within the rail while providing mounting and orientation options for different workspace environments.

Because ToolRail adapters slide into the rail channel, endcaps serve a critical role in the system by capturing adapters inside the rail once installed. This prevents adapters from sliding out while still allowing them to move within the rail for spacing adjustments.

Endcaps are installed at both ends of the rail and fit securely using the ToolRail splice interface while wrapping around the outside of the rail body for additional stability.

Different endcap designs allow ToolRail to be used in multiple environments including toolbox drawers, tool chests, and pegboard-mounted workshop walls.

Endcaps are sold in pairs, providing everything needed to secure a single rail section.

Standard Endcap (0° Orientation)
Designed for use in toolboxes, drawers, and flat storage surfaces.
This endcap holds the rail in a flat 0° orientation and does not include a pegboard mounting hook. It is ideal for rails installed inside tool drawers or placed in portable tool storage.

Pegboard Endcap – 0° Orientation
Designed for pegboard-mounted rails that hold tools which sit flat, such as sockets.
This endcap includes a pegboard hanger while maintaining the rail in a 0° horizontal orientation, preventing sockets from sliding off while keeping them easily accessible.

Pegboard Endcap – 90° Orientation
Designed for tools that hang vertically, such as screwdrivers.
This endcap includes a pegboard hanger and rotates the rail 90°, allowing tools to hang downward naturally while remaining securely supported by their adapters.
